The characters are relatable and funny which makes you really love the book more. Also, if you are interested in math (you don’t have to be though) or just learning in general, this book is also good for you. I’ve never even heard of a book like this one and I thought Green’s idea is really interesting. However, it’s not overly vulgar or anything like that. I think this book is more middle school level because certain words and topics are brought up that wouldn’t be appropriate for everyone. I highly recommend An Abundance Of Katherines because it is heartwarming, funny, has a original plot and keeps you turing the page. I don’t think anyone would want to hang out with him, for that matter.

I would not want to meet TOC because he is not the type of person I like to be around. He is rude and immature, but let’s not dwell. He is dating Lindsey and might be getting himself mixed up into bad things. TOC (The Other Colin), is a young man living in Gutshot. Colin is also creating a theorem, but I won’t give that part away. During their trip, they are attacked by an angry wild boar, a mad boyfriend and are showered with hundreds of tampons. These two friends find themselves in Gutshot, Tennessee in a pink mansion with Hollis and Lindsey Lee Wells. Colin is a child prodigy (not to be confused with genius) and he finds himself stuck in a rut when he is dumped for the 19th time by a Katherine.

In An Abundance Of Katherines, Colin Singleton and his best friend Hassan, decide to take a leap of faith one summer. I also hadn’t heard a ton about it so I could be more surprised while I read it. I chose this book because I wanted to read some books by John Green and this one sounded interesting.
